Q1. Is Easy DVD Copy able to copy protected DVD?

Easy DVD Copy may be used to facilitate copying media in which you own the copyright or have obtained permission to copy from the copyright owner. If you are not the copyright owner or you have not obtained permission to copy from the copyright owner, you may be violating copyright laws and you may be subject to claims for damages and/or criminal penalties. This program is not meant for those who intend on breaking copyright laws. In no way will we be held responsible if you do. Any other illegal use of this program is strictly prohibited.

This program is intended for use in countries where DVD Copying is legal. Please take the time to find out if it is legal in your country of residence. We are not liable and can not be hold responsible for your actions. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss to the end user by using this program. You agree to waive all liabilities associated with this program to the provider and associates.

Q2. What are the difference between DVD5 and DVD9?

DVD5: Cheap and popular. Single side, single layer. 4.7 gigabyte capacity, 2 hours and 15 minutes MPEG-2 viewing time.
DVD9: Expensive. Single side, dual layer. 8.5 gigabyte capacity, 4 hours MPEG-2 viewing time.

Q5. The program can't detect my inserted DVD movie, what's wrong with it?

Reload your DVD movie. If it still can't detect your DVD, please try to restart the program after you inserted the DVD disc.

Q6. I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration code is invalid.". Why?

You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a type. And please note don't add any blank before or after the code.

Q7. If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?

Yes, we provide free upgrade. Please keep you eyes on our site to get upgrade info. Please download the update version by yourself, and you can register it using the same license code.

Q8 . How long will it take to get your supporting response?

We promise to answer you within 24 hours. But in most cases you'll get our response in a few hours or immediately.

Q9. I lost my license code, can you send again?

Sure. You may contact regnow.com via customer service form or contact us to get your registration info back. But you'd better provide your OderID or some info in your order (such as the Email you used to order) so that we can find your info in our database.
